Dhvani AI Solutions

AI driven solutions in the NDT area are largely using Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithms. There are no known players in the industry who use knowledge based and data driven inputs and who can give the probability of detection as high as the product developed at Dhvani.

The AI solutions are novel in the way they are designed. A blended approach allows for probability of detection which are upwards of 85% based on knowledge based rules. These are further improved with data from the samples and machine learning making them useful for automated / semi-automated operations in a production facility. 

The AI algorithms also accommodate simulators that can ingest synthetically generated data even before field deployment which helps in 'cold start' of the AI applications. This ability to fast-track deployment of AI applications that are known to be data guzzlers has resulted in significant benefits to our clients.

Automated Defect Recognition(ADR)

Dhvani AI has developed capabilities for Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR) using knowledge and data driven tools. Deep level excellence in the NDT domain has given Dhvani AI the ability to detect a significant number of defects using knowledge / rule-based AI techniques, which differentiate the quality of the results both in terms of POD (Probability of Detection) and FCR (False Call Rate). The ADR software algorithm are designed to detect the defects automatically without human interference. We also provide a blended approach to ADR that combines the strength of both rule-based and data driven techniques. ADR has been deployed across several technology verticals such as UT, X-Ray, MPI / FPI, PAUT.
